Coaching Options

  • Foundation Phase

    $299 / month

    All athletes begin here. A 3-month commitment designed to build real strength, improve movement quality, and create results that transfer to your riding.

    - Personalized strength, mobility, and recovery program built around you

    - Weekly 30-minute coaching calls for guidance, feedback, and adjustments

    - Ongoing communication with your coach between sessions

    - Continuous program updates based on your progress, schedule, and riding

    3-month minimum commitment. Transitions to month-to-month coaching after completion.

  • 1:1 Live Coaching

    $99 / session

    For athletes who want even more hands-on guidance, real-time feedback, and a higher level of accountability.

    - 60-minute live coaching sessions focused on your strength, mobility, and movement quality

    - Real-time instruction, cueing, and adjustments to how you move

    - Personalized programming to support your sessions and riding

    - Ongoing communication with your coach between sessions

    - Access to additional workouts to complete outside of live sessions

    3-month minimum commitment with at least one session per week.

  • Continued Coaching

    Month-to-Month
    $299 / month

    Continue with the same level of coaching, structure, and support established during the Foundation Phase—without a long-term commitment.

    - Fully customized strength, mobility, and recovery programming

    - Ongoing communication with your coach

    - Continuous program adjustments based on your progress, schedule, and riding

    Available after completion of the Foundation Phase.

    You gain access to our 3rd party app and receive a personalized plan designed to complement your riding, not compete with it.

  • 3. Ongoing Support & Progression

    Weekly 30-minute coach calls ensure consistent communication, accountability, and progress. Your program evolves as your needs, schedule, and season change.

  • 4. Long-Term Development
