By accessing this website and/or participating in any services provided by Cycling Strength, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services
Cycling Strength provides fitness coaching, training programs, and educational content designed to support cycling performance, strength, mobility, and overall health.

2. No Guarantees
Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes vary based on individual effort, consistency, lifestyle, and other factors beyond our control.

3. Assumption of Risk
Participation in any exercise program involves inherent risks, including injury. By engaging in any services or using information from this site, you voluntarily assume all risks.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, programs, materials, and resources provided by Cycling Strength are the property of Cycling Strength and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

All coaching services are billed in advance on a monthly basis.

  • Foundation Phase

    The Foundation Phase is a 3-month commitment billed monthly. By enrolling, you are committing to the full 3-month period regardless of usage. Payments are non-refundable.

  • Ongoing Coaching

    After completing the Foundation Phase, coaching continues on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time prior to your next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the current billing period.

  • 1:1 Live Coaching

    1:1 sessions are sold in packages of 12 or 24. A minimum of one session per week is required during the initial 3-month commitment. Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or late cancellations will be forfeited.

  • Refunds

    Due to the personalized nature of coaching and the time invested in program design, communication, and support, all payments are non-refundable.

  • Exceptions

    In certain circumstances, exceptions may be made at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability
Cycling Strength shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of this website or participation in any programs or services.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
